A competition of shorts from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Thanks to the Polish-German cooperation (the OFFicyna Association, Institut für Neue Medien, Filmfestival im StadtHafen Rostock) we will see 6 productions awarded at festivals such as ones in Rostock (FiSH) and Dresden (Filmfest Dresden).
